First up is a hands-on preview of Obsidian’s latest first-person RPG, Avowed. A spin-off from the beloved Pillars of Eternity sequence, Avowed is being offered as Obsidian’s reply to Skyrim. That stated, it has an id all its personal, avoiding the full-on open world for a sequence of expansive zones, just like their earlier RPG, The Outer Worlds.
