FPS legend John Romero says it is a “big honor” for Quake to hitch the World Video Sport Corridor of Fame alongside GoldenEye, the inescapable Tamagotchi, and an iconic ’80s arcade basic


The most recent spherical of inductees to The Sturdy Museum’s World Video Sport Corridor of Fame have been introduced right now, and we have a quad of licensed icons on this lineup. Defender, GoldenEye, Tamagotchi, and Quake are the winners this 12 months, and the legendary John Romero says it is a “big honor” for the 1996 FPS he designed to lastly be part of the corridor of fame.

“It is an enormous honor for Quake to be inducted into the World Video Sport Corridor of Fame,” Romero exclaimed on Twitter. “On behalf of the whole authentic Quake staff, thanks a lot @museumofplay!”
