i have been having an ongoing debate as to how and why some very, very small chips within the paint of a automobile are occurring.
the individual i disagree with is saying that they occur as a result of the automobile is being pushed at extreme speeds which one way or the other attracts particles up from the highway and it then hits the automobile, inflicting very small (millimeters in width) chips within the paint. they even imagine that chips on the entrance of the automobile are taking place this fashion which, to me, is mindless as a result of i do not see how particles on the highway that’s in entrance of the automobile can one way or the other be drawn up into the air after which hit the automobile earlier than the automobile even passes over it. i feel they imagine that the extreme pace one way or the other creates a vacuum underneath the automobile that then sucks up highway particles.
it’s my perception that the chips within the paint are the results of highway particles, however i feel that it comes from the wake of different automobiles on the highway that kick up pebbles and different small items of asphalt, and so on. this particles then hits all automobiles which are following and thus causes small chips within the paint.
moreover, i preserve that these paint chips can happen at speeds that are not extreme as a result of even at 40, 50, or 60 mph highway particles will scratch paint.
